MARYME
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed when browsing this website and contacting MaryMe by email.
Controller and contact
The data controller is Marianna Martirosova, Via Emilia Est 46, 43121 Parma, Italy. For information and to exercise your personal data rights: hello@marymeweddings.com.
Data and purposes
When you browse, the hosting service processes technical data needed to deliver and secure the pages, such as IP addresses and access logs. If you email me, your email address, name and the information you choose to provide are processed to reply and assess the services requested. Providing information by email is optional; without the necessary details an enquiry cannot be answered adequately. Please avoid sending health data or other unnecessary special-category information.
Legal basis
Service enquiries are handled to take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Website delivery and security rely on the legitimate interest in making the pages available, protecting them and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)). Retention required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c); retention strictly necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims relies on Article 6(1)(f). Optional Google Analytics statistics are based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the applicable rules on cookies). You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences, without affecting use of the website or the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
How this website works
This informational website has no enquiry collection forms, visitor accounts or CRM. Email links open your email application and do not save enquiries on the website. Optional Google Analytics 4 statistics are enabled only after your consent. MaryMe does not enable advertising, profiling or automated marketing. Photographs, fonts and video are hosted on this website.
Email and providers
Aruba provides hosting and the hello@marymeweddings.com mailbox. Incoming messages are forwarded to the personal Gmail mailbox weddingsbymaryme@gmail.com, used by the controller to manage enquiries. This is not a Google Workspace account. Data is processed by the controller and the providers involved in delivering the services; it may be disclosed to authorities where required by law. Information about processing carried out by providers is available in the official documents linked below.
International transfers
Using Gmail may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Google states that it uses servers in different countries and describes reliance on adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses in its transfer documentation, as well as Google LLC’s participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. These are Google’s published statements about its mechanisms: they do not mean that MaryMe has entered into a Google Workspace agreement or that all data is stored exclusively in Italy or the European Union. For information about transfers and applicable safeguards, consult the references below or contact the controller.
Retention
Enquiries with no follow-up are retained for 12 months from the last contact. Negotiations that begin but do not result in a contract are retained for 24 months from the last contact. At the end of these periods, the controller handles deletion from the mailboxes and copies under her control; the website does not perform automatic deletion. Data relating to contractual relationships is retained to manage the relationship and for subsequent periods required by applicable legal obligations. Any further retention is limited to the data and time justified by legal obligations or specific needs to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical hosting logs follow the terms applicable to the Aruba service; the 12- and 24-month periods apply to correspondence, not those logs.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact hello@marymeweddings.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Optional Google Analytics 4 statistics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZSNS2QKPF6) uses pseudonymous browser identifiers and information about pages, language, browser/device and interactions such as viewing Contact or clicking contact and email buttons. Statistical reports help improve the website. The custom events do not include names, email addresses, message contents or other information supplied by visitors; URL query strings are excluded except the site language and public venue slug. Google receives network information, including your IP address, when the analytics connection is made: these statistics must not be considered completely anonymous. The Google tag is not loaded before consent, and no denied-consent analytics pings are sent. Advertising consent stays denied and Google signals/ad personalisation are disabled in this integration.
Analytics provider and international transfers
Google provides Analytics under the terms applicable to the service. Using Analytics may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Google describes its transfer mechanisms and data processing terms in the official references below. These statements do not imply exclusive storage in Italy or the EU, or confirmation of a specific contract entered into by MaryMe. For details about the provider, applicable safeguards and your rights, contact hello@marymeweddings.com.
Analytics retention and consent choices
The browser preference stores only the choice, version and timestamps in localStorage for six calendar months. The GA4 cookies used by this integration (_ga and _ga_ZSNS2QKPF6) are configured for a maximum of 180 days, without renewing expiry on every page load; browsers can shorten this period. Analytics data held by Google follow the retention settings of the Analytics property; aggregated reports may follow different rules. Contact the controller for the applicable details. These periods are separate from the 12/24-month email retention periods above. Withdrawal stops future collection, removes readable GA cookies for this site and reloads the page without Analytics; it does not automatically delete data already lawfully collected by Google.
