The person behind the planning

A little of my story.A place for yours.

I’m Marianna, the person behind MaryMe. I was born in Russia and moved to Italy in 2019. What began as a new chapter gradually became the place I call home.

After a Master’s degree in Marketing, I worked in customer service within the commercial departments of luxury fashion companies. I learned to listen closely, anticipate clients’ needs and find fulfilment in bringing their wishes to life.

Planning my own wedding in August 2026 brought those values together. Along the way, I also helped friends and other couples with their plans. Turning wishes into details and bringing people and ideas together inspired me to make this passion my profession — and to create MaryMe.

Mary is a diminutive of Marianna. Marry me is one of the most meaningful questions in a couple’s story. Together, they inspired MaryMe.

Why choose MaryMe

An international perspective. A lived connection to Italy.

Since moving to Italy, I have lived in Marche, Tuscany and Puglia, and today I call Emilia-Romagna home. Travelling throughout the country has helped me discover its everyday life, regional traditions, extraordinary food and beautiful places beyond the familiar landmarks.

I remember arriving from abroad, full of curiosity. Today, I see Italy both through the eyes of someone who once dreamed of living here and as someone who calls it home. I speak Italian, English and Russian, so we can share ideas in the language that feels most natural to you.

Every love story deserves a celebration of its own. From our first conversation to the final toast, I bring together thoughtful planning, refined design and personal attention, shaped around your story, your priorities and the people you love. A carefully considered plan gives you the freedom to enjoy the journey with confidence.

A Love Story in Music

An intimate celebration where music, thoughtful details and the beauty of the Tuscan countryside came together.

My husband is a professional pianist. I also had a connection with music and the piano earlier in my life, and that shared interest became part of our story. For our wedding, music felt like a natural thread to follow.

The design began with a piece of paper: delicate musical notes, raised just enough to be felt beneath your fingertips. From that small detail, I developed the stationery and the visual direction of the celebration.

Little Details, Personal Meaning

I wanted the musical theme to live in the details, without overwhelming the setting. Each personalised place card carried a small plaster ornament shaped like a musical instrument. The ribbons and favour packaging followed the same quiet palette.

For the cake, I worked with the pastry chef on the musical decorations we had in mind. She used a specific technique to reproduce those details, carrying the idea from the paper to another part of the day.

A Palette Inspired by Tuscany

I chose sage green for the way it sat naturally within the Tuscan landscape. With ivory stationery and gypsophila as the main flower, it gave the celebration a delicate, romantic feel. I returned to that combination in the table setting, ribbons, flowers and cake, so each detail belonged to the same story.

From Our Story to Yours

Planning my own wedding showed me how much a personal starting point can shape a celebration. Music was ours; yours might be a place, a memory or something you love doing together. That is the approach I bring to MaryMe: listening first, then connecting the design and the practical choices to something that feels true to you.

Every love story deserves to be told in its own way.
